Fall flavours + chia pudding make for an ideal fall snack

Yield: 4 x 125 ml pudding cups

Prep: 5 minutes

Chill time: in a single day

Meeting time: 5 minutes

Half 1: Pumpkin Spice Focus


4 Tbsp pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice*

Mix all elements in a small bowl.

Retailer in a sealed container within the fridge for as much as one week. Freezes properly.

Half 2: Chia Pudding


1 400 ml can full fats coconut milk

1 Tbsp maple syrup

4 Tbsp chia seeds

Combine collectively and soak in a single day

Blenderize for 30 seconds for a uniform consistency


Portion 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Focus into the underside of 4 small (125 ml) mason jars or different clear serving dishes.

Portion roughly ½ cup of chia pudding into every dish.

Garnish with extra pumpkin spice focus and toasted pumpkin seeds.
